In line with precautionary health measures provided by the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) we are unable to meet with clients in person at this time.

However, communicating with our clients remains a priority. We will continue to use telephone calls and email. In addition, we would like to provide our clients with the option of video conferencing using Zoom . Missouri Courts Coronavirus Closure

Missouri Courts are closed for most matters until May 1, 2020. Each Circuit Court has a way to deal with matters needing immediate action such as emergency guardianship, orders of protection , etc. Please call our office, your local Circuit Court or another attorney to answer any questions you have.

On March 6, 2018 Missouri Supreme Court limits the ability of workers to recover outside of the Workers Compensation system. McComb v. Norfus, SC96042 March 6, 2018

Accordingly, to obtain compensation outside Workers Compensation an injured worker must prove that their fellow worker did something that was not part of the employer’s duty to protect employees from most dangers on the job.

Consequently, Most injured employees will only be able to seek compensation through the Workers Compensation system.
